About the Webster

The Webster is a luxury multi-brand retailer operating six physical boutiques in the U.S. and an online store. The multi-brand boutique sells a curated selection of designer brands (Balmain, Celine, Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent) and many others. The Webster has partnered with worldwide major retailers such as Le Bon Marche, Target, Ritz Paris, and Lane Crawford.

The Webster carries out multiple e-commerce shoots per week, which require top creative talent including photographers and Hair & Makeup Artists. They had a strong regular network of freelancers, but with the nature of projects often coming up on short notice, there was no way to ensure the best talent in their existing network would always be available.
